Allergy Relief Tea
Ingredients:

1 slice fresh ginger

Juice of ½ lemon or lime

1 bag green tea

1 tsp honey
-
Sprinkle of cinnamon
-
(Optional: pinch of turmeric + black pepper)
Instructions:

Steep green tea and ginger in hot water for 5 minutes.

Add lemon juice, honey, cinnamon, and optional spices.
