Lemon Tea

Allergy Relief Tea

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice fresh ginger

  • Juice of ½ lemon or lime

  • 1 bag green tea

  • 1 tsp honey

  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

  • (Optional: pinch of turmeric + black pepper)

Instructions:

  1. Steep green tea and ginger in hot water for 5 minutes.

  2. Add lemon juice, honey, cinnamon, and optional spices.

  3. Sip, breathe, and relax.
